As far as I know it's for parties that are 5 or more me and my wife went and that wasn't added..

Yes you can: It is on a first come first serve basis.
How much is the brunch for adults? Are 2 year olds free?
Brunch was about $50 for 2. I don't know about children since I don't have any.

I've never been on a weekend, but during the week it's pretty calm. I wouldn't say it's a great place to meet other singles, but still worth checking out regardless.
